We are looking for an experienced Application Production Support Engineerto ensure seamless operations andservice continuity for key banking applications. Youll be partof a dynamic production support team handling incident management troubleshooting andperformance optimization for mission-critical systems.
The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of banking operationsexperience in L1/L2 supportand solid technical knowledge of LinuxPL/SQL Dynatrace Kubernetes Docker and Ansible.
Supervise and manage Close of Business (COB)operations resolving any production incidents to ensure SLA compliance.
Provide L1and L2 application support including monitoring incidentresolution and system analysis.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues perform root cause analysis andcollaborate with infrastructure database and development teams.
Manage and update ServiceNow/JIRA ticketsensuring stakeholders are informed throughout the resolution process.
Support batchprocessing reconciliations and end-of-day operations.
Participate in infrastructure maintenance upgrades anddeployment activities.
Maintain documentation procedures and theinternal knowledge base (FAQs How-To guides).
Collaborate with Business Technology Infrastructure andDevOps teams to enhance system stability and automation.
Support go-live events system migrations andbranch openings when required.
Proven experience in banking L1/L2 support andproduction environments.
Strong understanding of core banking domains:Retail Banking (Accounts Deposits & Loans) Treasury Operations Wealth& Securities Payments (TPH) and Financial Accounting.
Proficiency with Linux/Unix Shell scripting SQL and log analysis.
Hands-on experience with Dynatrace Kubernetes Docker Ansible and automation tools.
Knowledge of bankinginterfaces APIs and middleware.
Familiarity with ITIL processes ticketing tools(ServiceNow JIRA) and DevOpsprinciples (CI/CD).
Experience managing Core Banking Applicationsand understanding paymentinterfaces (SWIFT SEPA RTGS).
Experience with Autosys or similarscheduling/monitoring tools.
Strong analyticaland problem-solving mindset.
