Job Summary

Senior UX/UI Engineer (Front-End Focus)

Were looking for a strong Senior UX/UI Engineer with solid front-end development experience to join our team. This role focuses on creating exceptional digital experiences for an E-Commerce platform bridging design and development through collaboration innovation and user-centered thinking.

Main Responsibilities:

Front-End Development (60%) Build and maintain reusable UI components connect Figma design systems with Storybook implement UX improvements and enhance site performance through front-end optimization.
UX Collaboration & Problem Solving (20%) Partner with designers and developers to ensure design consistency accessibility and smooth implementation. Support A/B testing user research and contribute to backlog refinement with UX insights.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing (10%) Maintain documentation for front-end standards accessibility guidelines and best practices ensuring alignment across teams.

Qualifications:

4 years of experience in front-end development (HTML CSS JavaScript).
3 years collaborating with UX/UI or design teams on responsive and accessible interfaces.
Proficiency in Figma and Storybook (or similar tools).
Experience with Agile methodologies A/B testing tools and component-driven development.
Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Adobe Analytics or Adobe Target.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science HCI or related field.
Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
