About the Role

Were looking for an experienced Automation Tester to join aninternational Test Centre ofExcellence (TCE) responsible for delivering test automationservices for core business areas such as Savingsand Protection.

The professional will play a key role in developing maintaining and executingautomated test scripts while also training colleagues ensuring testing standardsand contributing to continuous integrationand delivery pipelines.

This is a hands-on position that blends technical automation expertisewith collaborationmentoring and test strategy definition.

Main Responsibilities

Automation Development & Maintenance

Design develop and maintain automated test scriptsusing KarateGherkinand Cucumber.

Create and execute API test automationensuring full coverage of business requirements.

Collaborate with business and technical teams totranslate test scenarios into Gherkin syntax.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Configure and maintain test environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Troubleshoot and debug automation scriptsensuring quality and performance.

Continuously improve automation frameworks andmaximize ROI.

Test Strategy & Management

Define automationstrategy and perform testmanagement within assigned projects.

Estimate automation efforts costs and ROI.

Conduct proofsof concept (POC) to assess automation feasibility.

Analyse and document test results providinginsights for Go/No-Go decisions.

Identify and communicate project risks ensuringtransparency in delays or quality issues.

Collaboration &Knowledge Sharing

Participate in 3 Amigos sessions torefine test scenarios collaboratively.

Provide trainingand mentorship to developers and junior testers.

Promote test automation best practices acrossteams.

Stay updated on emerging QA tools and frameworks.

Technical Skills must appear on your CV

Degree in InformaticsComputer Science or related area.

Strong knowledge of test methodologies (ISTQBvocabulary).

Minimum 2years of experience in test automation.

Proven experience with:

* Karate Cucumber Gherkin frameworks
* Java Maven Jenkins IntelliJ
* Postman and JSON
* Docker (image creationenvironment setup) and CI/CDpipelines
* ALM Octane for testmanagement

Experience in life insurance or protectionsystems (a plus).

Nice to Have

Knowledge of SQL UFT or Selenium.

Language Skills

French:Intermediate to Advanced (mandatory for collaboration with internationalteams).
