The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing invoicing processes ensuring accuracy in billing and supporting the finance team with day-to-day operations.

- Generate and process invoices in a timely manner
- Review billing data for accuracy and completeness
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation
- Maintain organized records of billing activities
- 2 years of billing or accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
