Mater Private Hospital Bundaberg is inviting experienced ward based Registered Nurses who are ready to take the next step in their career to apply for a Clinical Nurse position within our Medical/Surgical Ward.The successful applicant will be offered permanent part-time employment with the flexibility of a 0.6 - 0.8 FTE contract. You will be required to work across a rotating 24/7 roster including early late night and weekend shifts.
Mater Bundaberg is a 59-bed facility comprising both surgical and medical/rehabilitation units. OurSurgical Wardmanages a diverse range of cases including orthopaedics gynaecology general surgery and ENT procedures. Our Medical/Rehabilitation Wardsupports patients across the acute and sub-acute spectrum providing comprehensive care tailored to individual recovery needs.
Salary range: $54.44 - $58.30 per hour plus superannuation andaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15900access to many staff benefits!
What youll be doing
As a Clinical Nurse youll play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality patient-centred care. You will use your advanced clinical skills and knowledge to support patients guide nursing teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best practice and positive health outcomes. Youll contribute to clinical education mentor junior staff and lead by example in maintaining professional standards and improving service delivery.
