About the role:

As Clinical Lead you will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical leadership support and development of Bodycares onsite therapist workforce within your allocated region.

Working closely with the National Clinical Manager Account Managers and Operations you will act as the key clinical leader on the ground ensuring clinicians feel supported capable and confident to deliver high-quality injury prevention and early intervention services.

This role plays a critical part in clinician engagement retention clinical quality and consistent service delivery across sites.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Build strong relationships with onsite clinicians through regular check-ins site visits and ongoing support
• Provide clinical coaching mentoring shadowing and escalation support across MSK and occupational health
• Support clinical quality and performance through case discussions documentation reviews and development planning
• Assist with recruitment onboarding and early support of new clinicians
• Partner with Account Managers and Operations to share clinical insights and escalate site risks
• Contribute to clinician engagement initiatives PD programs and connection activities

Your skills and experience:

• 4 to 8 years clinical experience ideally in occupational health or workplace injury prevention
• Experience mentoring coaching or supervising allied health clinicians
• Strong clinical reasoning and confidence supporting clinicians across varied sites
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Full AHPRA registration in Physiotherapy or Osteopathy
• Ability to work autonomously across a dispersed workforce
• Willingness to travel regularly for onsite visits
