Job Summary
As an LPN at Haverhill Pavilion you will:
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to tailor nursing interventions that meet each patients individual needs.
- Provide nursing care in alignment with the Master Treatment Plan to promote maintain or restore physical and mental health.
- Support patients in their recovery by offering health education to both patients and families.
- Help maintain a safe structured and therapeutic environment in partnership with the care team.
- Monitor and document patient behavior and physiological status accurately and thoroughly.
- Continuously collect and evaluate patient data to inform care decisions.
- Administer medications and perform procedures in accordance with nursing policies and facility guidelines.
- Join a team that values compassion professionalism and collaboration in the delivery of behavioral healthcare.
Per diem Position
Pay Range:
$30 - $35/hour
