The Role: These roles support our growing operations. As our Area Manager youll lead a high performing team committed to delivering exceptional service across our operator network. Reporting to the Network Manager youll be responsible for driving regional growth ensuring compliance with safety and contractual standards and building strong lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Success in the role will see you:
- Championing operational excellence across your region
- Building strategic partnerships with our operator network
- Coaching and developing your team to achieve excellence
- Driving organic growth in container volumes
- Ensuring WHSE and contractual compliance
- Reporting on KPIs financials and customer satisfaction

You share our passion for sustainability and bring exceptional leadership experience with expertise in mentoring coaching and performance management to drive team success. To this opportunity you bring:
- 7 years leadership experience in operational roles
- Proven success in contract management and continuous improvement
- Strong financial compliance and stakeholder management skills
- Qualifications in Operations Logistics or related field (preferred)
- Flexibility to travel to remote locations
- Current QLD Drivers Licence and ability to obtain a Blue Card
