The Year 6 Teacher will design and deliver rigorous revision and curriculum units in maths and English as the Year 6 Teacher lead targeted booster programmes as the Year 6 Teacher and co-ordinate transition activities with secondary partners as the Year 6 Teacher. The Year 6 Teacher will analyse assessment data present progress to parents and lead moderation sessions preparing materials before January 2026 and implementing them from January 2026.
