What Youll Need

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience working with students with (SEND.
Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice assessment pathways and statutory guidelines.

National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or willingness to complete it.

What Youll Do

Plan and deliver engaging differentiated lessons tailored to students with SEND.
Assess progress using appropriate tools and contribute to statutory assessment processes.
Work closely with therapists support staff families and external agencies.
Develop and review EHCP targets to support measurable student outcomes.
