- Collaborate closely with the wider team to support learning outcomes.
- Assess and evaluate student progress adapting teaching strategies where needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding progress and support strategies.
- Maintain a safe structured and stimulating classroom environment.
- Take part in staff meetings training and whole-school initiatives.
- Approach challenges with empathy creativity and a strong commitment to student success.
