Job Summary

Location: Uniondale NY

Could be weekend hours or regular hours M-F. Or weekend work. Or both

Key Responsibilities:

Build and configure Windows 11 workstations to replace existing Windows 10 PCs
Migrate user profiles data and applications
Ensure compatibility with existing hardware and software
Provide troubleshooting and support during rollout
Document setup procedures and configurations

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience with Windows OS deployment (Windows 10/11)
Familiarity with imaging tools (e.g. MDT SCCM Autopilot)
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
