Job Summary:
The Data Architect will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise data models data warehouses and data lakes with a focus on integrating emerging technologies. This role requires expertise in Oracle Database architecture data modeling and data warehousing as well as experience with cloud-native database services and PaaS offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data architecture principles high availability/disaster recovery strategies and experience transforming monolithic data structures to microservice-aligned schemas.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise data models data warehouses and data lakes to support analytics and reporting.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI machine learning and big data analytics.
- Write complex SQL PL/SQL procedures and performance-optimized queries.
- Perform database backup restore and recovery operations.
- Work in DevOps environments with CI/CD pipelines for database changes.
- Transform monolithic on-premises data structures to microservice-aligned schemas.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in data architecture data modeling and data warehousing.
- Proficient in Oracle Database architecture administration and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters) configuration and management.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices.
- Proficient in writing complex SQL PL/SQL procedures and performance-optimized queries.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Data Guard and high availability/disaster recovery strategies.
- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure management including understanding of cloud-based data storage options cloud security considerations and best practices for deploying applications in the cloud.
- Experience transforming monolithic on-premises data structures to microservice-aligned schemas.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fundamental understanding of Information Management principles IT processes SDLC architecture and technologies.
- Customer-focused ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Proactive Leadership style; self-starter and strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience within an integrated eligibility case management system.
