1. Greet and welcome visitors clients and employees with professionalism.
2. Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls.
3. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
4. Manage meeting room bookings and assist in scheduling appointments.

6. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
