We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Cochin. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills with proven experience in managing HR operations and supporting strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
•Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment onboarding attendance payroll coordination and employee relations.
•Assist in developing and implementing HR policies procedures and systems.
•Support performance management processes including goal setting appraisals and feedback sessions.
•Handle grievance management disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
•Maintain employee records HR documentation and compliance with statutory requirements (PF ESI Gratuity etc.).
•Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
•Work closely with management to identify workforce needs and contribute to organizational planning.
•Monitor employee engagement and retention initiatives.
