Job Summary

Introduction

Stable company is seeking a skilled and detail- orinentated Data Analyst

Minimum 3 years expereince in marketing or data analytics role ideally within B2B events or media

Play a key role in driving marketing performance through data-led insights improve data quality and audience understanding

Collect analyse and interpret marketing and event data from multiple sources including CRM (HubSpot) website analytics registration systems and digital campaigns to identify trends and growth opportunities

Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track key KPIs

Map & measure audience universes to define market penetration and track database

Maintain & improve data qulity

Collaborate with marketing sales and data teams to ensure consistent CRM usage

Evaluate and report on performance of e-mail campaigns digital advertising and partnerships

Ensure all data collectioncomply with POPIA and align with company standards

Present clear concise insights and recommendations to management linking data performance directly to commercial outcomes and strategic objectives

Matric relevant degree essential

Strong MS Office knowldge

Proven proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM / marketing automation platforms

Skilled in data analysis and visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Tableau with the ability to translate insignts into clear business recommendations

Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics attribution models customer segmentation and how these drive marketing and sales performance
