Job Summary
A leading provider of international trade and supply chain technology solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Analyst to join their team in Century City Cape Town. This is a fully inoffice role for someone eager to make an impact and willing to travel as needed.

- Gather analyze and document business requirements to support key projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimise workflows.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and assist with solution designs.
- Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to support decisionmaking.
- Support project management activities and assist with tracking project progress.
- Facilitate workshops meetings and presentations with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business IT Supply Chain Logistics Retail or a related field.
- Preferably some experience in Supply Chain Logistics or Retail environments.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; and experience with business analysis tools (e.g. Jira Confluence process mapping) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
