Duties & Responsibilities
We are seeking a operational dynamic and experienced finance professional to oversee all aspects of financial accounting and reporting. This role is responsible for preparing financial statements driving internal reporting and analysis ensuring compliance with IFRS and leading the annual external audit process. You will also play a key role in supporting the organisations budgeting forecasting and performance management activities.
The ideal candidate is not only technically strong but also able to operate at an operational level comfortable rolling up their sleeves and thriving in a fast-paced sales-driven environment. You should be adaptable able to pivot quickly between urgent tasks and remain focused under pressure.

- At least 5- 9 years experience reporting to a CFO in a multi-regional organisation.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS consolidated reporting and compliance.
- Experience with S4/HANA Draftworx and reporting platforms
- Advanced MS Excel skills including financial modelling.
- Transfer pricing experience
- Implementing controls
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams remotely.
- You must be a self-starter and be able to hit the ground running
