Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager with sales performance staff supervision stock control and daily operations
- Assist in achieving sales targets and improving store profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effective complaint resolution
- Maintain compliance with company policies procedures and retail standards
- Contribute to merchandising promotional displays and digital retail initiatives
Minimum Requirements:
- NQF 5 Diploma
- Minimum 3 years retail sales experience including supervisory responsibilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
