About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HRIS System Administrator Payroll to join our clients global HR operations team. This professional will be responsible for the configuration maintenance and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The role ensures the accuracy and efficiency of HR and payroll processes maintaining compliance with local and global standards.
As the system administrator you will act as the subject matter expert (SME) for EC and ECP partnering closely with HR Payroll and IT to ensure system stability optimize workflows and enhance user experience. Youll also manage user permissions troubleshoot complex issues and implement new functionalities to support evolving business needs.
Requirements
Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP ensuring smooth integration between HR and Payroll modules.
Configure and update business rules workflows permissions and foundational objects.
Monitor data replication between EC and ECP to guarantee accuracy in payroll processing.
Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
Develop and maintain system documentation policies and user guides.
Manage role-based permissions and ensure data privacy compliance (GDPR).
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and user satisfaction.
Support HR and Payroll teams with reporting testing and change management initiatives.
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration Information Systems or equivalent experience.
3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll(ECP).
Proven expertise in system configuration data integrity and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes and related compliance standards.
Experience in managing Role-Based Permissions (RBP) workflows and business rules.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong documentation abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
SAP SuccessFactors EC and/or ECP certification.
Experience in multi-country or global HRIS environments.
Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (Performance Compensation LMS etc.).
Familiarity with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
