As an HR Administrator Intern you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant employee data throughout the entire lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR data management documentation and process improvement giving you the opportunity to develop valuable skills for your future career.
Your contribution to something big:
- Data Management: Support the maintenance and validation of employee personal data and lifecycle events in our HR systems;
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and manage HR documents such as contracts certifications and amendments;
- Data Quality Assurance: Perform data checks identify discrepancies and collaborate with the team to improve data quality;
- Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for process enhancements and assist with system testing;
- Customer Service: Provide support to internal stakeholders ensuring smooth HR operations.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Currently finished or enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Previous internship or academic projects in HR or data management are a plus.
- Know-how: Basic understanding of HR processes and data handling. Familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Languages: Fluent in English and with good level in French.
- Working Style & Methods: Detail-oriented organized and proactive in problem-solving.
- Personality: Collaborative eager to learn and committed to delivering high-quality work.
