Our client is seeking an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to join their dynamic Human Resources team. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping the employee experience by supporting day-to-day HR operations onboarding payroll coordination and HR systems management.

What Youll Do
Youll be the kind of person who:
HR Administration & Coordination
Prepares and issues offer letters contracts and employment-related documents.
Supports onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring all employee data is accurately maintained in UKG Pro.
Schedules and coordinates meetings interviews and HR events.
Maintains and updates employee personnel files and HR databases.
Assists in compiling and distributing HR reports trackers and metrics.
Payroll & Data Support
Supports HR and payroll teams with employee pay changes leave data and time tracking updates in UKG Pro.
Ensures accurate and timely updates of employee records and pay-related details.
Coordinates with payroll to identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information.
Training & Communication
Develops and maintains one-pagers guides and instructional materials for internal HR processes and employee training.
Assists in creating and designing onboarding or training content (Instructional Design).
Supports HR communication initiatives such as job postings HR announcements and company-wide updates.
General HR Support
Coordinates administrative tasks related to employee benefits attendance and performance management.
Provides assistance in Talent Development (TD) initiatives and other HR projects.
Acts as a liaison between employees and the HR team ensuring smooth communication and timely issue resolution.

What You Bring
Were looking for someone who:
Holds a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Has 13 years of HR coordination or administrative experience.
Is familiar with UKG Pro or other HRIS systems (preferred).
Demonstrates excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
Communicates effectivelyboth written and verbalwith professionalism and empathy.
Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Has experience creating HR training materials or instructional content (a plus).

Required Skills:
5 years of experience in software development with exposure to both backend and frontend stacks. Strong programming proficiency in Python C and Java (Quant/Trading grade codebases). Expertise in modern web development with React MongoDB and SQL (Postgres MySQL). Strong understanding of Git/GitHub CI/CD workflows code branching strategies and code ownership. Prior work in a fintech hedge fund or proprietary trading firm environment. Crypto-native a plus Production experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native deployment strategies. Hands-on with AWS GCP and Azure for compute networking and storage configurations. Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK stack). Solid understanding of trading infrastructure latency optimization execution systems and market data feeds. Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of 310 engineers. Ability to translate business and research needs into engineering roadmaps. Collaborative mindset capable of interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams Nice to have experience with Redis Kafka or similar real-time streaming/data platforms.
