Job Description
As a Commercial Manager at NTS Hengelo you are part of the MT of NTS Hengelo and responsible for revenue growth customer satisfaction and the further development of our commercial team. From Hengelo you not only manage your own team but also work closely with NTS Drachten (where you are present one day a week) and with the global sales team from the headquarters in Eindhoven.
With your leadership and vision you ensure that we further expand our position as a Tier-1 supplier for leading OEM customers in the high-tech Semicon industry. You connect strategy with practice inspire teams and develop propositions that truly align with the technological ambitions of our customers.
Furthermore your responsibilities include:
Leading the commercial team of NTS Hengelo and close collaboration with the team in Drachten;
Developing and implementing growth strategies for both strategic and local customers;
Managing key accounts in collaboration with Global Account Managers and business development;
Translating technological expertise into customer-oriented propositions;
Improving and harmonizing commercial processes (e.g. quotations cost structures and order processing);
Aligning processes and standards with other NTS sites and the headquarters in Eindhoven;
Identifying market and customer developments and translating them into targeted actions within the Ultra-Precision cluster.
Requirements
HBO/WO level of education preferably in a technical or commercial field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial commercial role within the high-tech manufacturing industry;
Experience with ultra-precision machining or fine mechanical assembly is a strong plus;
Demonstrably successful in strategic account management and team development;
Experience in managing teams in multiple locations;
Strong in stakeholder management both locally and internationally;
Communicative skills in both Dutch and English.
