Talent Acquisition Lead Commercial Growth & Benelux Expert (fmd)

This is a full time position (40 hours per week) and based in Amsterdam.

Now we are looking for apassionate Talent AcquisitionTeam Leader for our commercial hiring thisroleyou are the vital link between our European-wide commercial growth ambitions and executional excellence on the ground. You will provide professional and disciplinary leadership to a team of International Talent Acquisition Partners across Europe ensuring high quality and measurable results. Simultaneously you will own the entire Benelux commercial hiring strategy serving as the ultimate process expert who manages to influence stakeholders and ensures that predictable quality hiring outcomes are delivered in a highly competitive market.

Your missions:

• Team Leadership & Development - lead and develop the international CommercialTalent Acquisition team across Europein line with performance standards and growth objectives

• Provide leadership to an international Commercial TA team - building trust setting clear goals driving motivation and development ensuring consistent quality standards and acting as the primary expert and support for all team members while coordinating daily operations and cross-team alignment

• Quality & Process Governance establish and maintain recruitment quality standards ensuring alignment across Talent Acquisition

• Benelux Market Ownership be the dedicated Talent Acquisition Expert and drive all end-to-end recruitment activities for commercial roles in the Benelux region

• Stakeholder Management influence and steer Hiring Managers ensuring process adherence and objective performance-based decision-making

• Pipeline & Market Strategy build and maintain competitive talent pipelines tailored to Sales AM and CSM hiring needs

• Proven leadership experience within international Talent Acquisition teams including disciplinary management

• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting commercial roles (Sales AM CSM) in competitive multi-market environments

• Strong market understanding of Benelux recruitment ideally with experience in Amsterdam

• Experience designing operational workflows and implementing recruitment quality standards

• Native-level Dutch and fluent English communication skills with strong stakeholder management and process governance orientation
