Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Were looking for a tech-savvy organized and collaborative Part-Time Virtual HR Administrative Assistant to support client onboarding HR operations and template management. This newly created role combines scheduling system implementation and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client calls via Google Voice and schedule meetings efficiently.

  • Provide backup support during events and maintain calendars.

  • Organize and maintain client files and templates in Google Suite ensuring standardization and personalization.

  • Assist with client portal setup and internal system processes.

  • Review and respond to emails

  • Support basic recruitment tasks including pre-screenings and candidate coordination.

  • Maintain and adapt Canva and Adobe templates for onboarding/offboarding and compliance checklists.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience with Google Suite Canva and Adobe.

  • Strong organizational tech-savvy and detail-oriented skills.

  • Collaborative and able to work independently in a virtual environment.

  • Basic recruitment knowledge preferred.

  • English proficiency (80%); most client interactions are in Spanish.
