This is a remote position.
Were looking for a tech-savvy organized and collaborative Part-Time Virtual HR Administrative Assistant to support client onboarding HR operations and template management. This newly created role combines scheduling system implementation and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client calls via Google Voice and schedule meetings efficiently.
Provide backup support during events and maintain calendars.
Organize and maintain client files and templates in Google Suite ensuring standardization and personalization.
Assist with client portal setup and internal system processes.
Review and respond to emails
Support basic recruitment tasks including pre-screenings and candidate coordination.
Maintain and adapt Canva and Adobe templates for onboarding/offboarding and compliance checklists.
Requirements

Experience with Google Suite Canva and Adobe.
Strong organizational tech-savvy and detail-oriented skills.
Collaborative and able to work independently in a virtual environment.
Basic recruitment knowledge preferred.
English proficiency (80%); most client interactions are in Spanish.
