Job Summary
This is a remote position.
telecaller job involves making and receiving phone calls to sell products/services generate leads provide customer support and gather information. Core responsibilities
Sales and lead generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services and persuade them to buy or schedule appointments.
Customer support: Handle inbound calls to answer customer inquiries resolve complaints and provide assistance with products or services.
Data and record keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update databases with call details and customer information.
Follow-up: Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and to inform them of new products or services.
