Key Responsibilities
- Human Resource Management:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes end-to-end.
- Maintain attendance leave records and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement and grievance redressal.
- Assist in performance evaluations and incentive calculations.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office administration and housekeeping.
- Coordinate travel arrangements accommodation and reimbursements for field staff.
- Verify vouchers and ensure timely clearance every Friday for weekly submissions.
- Manage procurement of office supplies and vendor relations.
- Support management in facility upkeep and logistics coordination.
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Female candidate with above 3 years of experience in HR and Administration.
- Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration.
- Strong communication interpersonal and documentation skills.
- Languages must know are Hindi English and Bengali.
- Proficient in MS Office Excel and HRMS tools.
- Experience in retail or multi-location workforce preferred.
- Self-driven and organized with the ability to multitask.
