Position Overview

Stanley 1913 is looking for a diligent Program Manager that is passionate about implementation to help lead and support organizational change initiatives. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions ensuring that change efforts are optimally prioritized communicated and implemented across teams. The role requires working out of our Seattle WA headquarters in a hybrid work environment.

What Youll Do

Collaborate with various internal partners across the business to assess the impact of proposed changes and develop change management strategies.
Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements risks and opportunities related to change initiatives.
Facilitate workshops interviews and focus groups to capture requirements and feedback.
Develop and maintain documentation including arguments impact assessments and change readiness plans.
Collaborate with Project Managers Product Management Technology Supply Chain Communications and executive teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Track and report on metrics for measuring change adoption.
Support training and enablement efforts to drive user adoption and minimize resistance.

Who You Are

36 years of professional work experience in business analysis and/or change management field.
Solid understanding of change management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR Kotter).
Excellent communication facilitation and collaborator engagement skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Mural Smartsheet Asana Excel PowerPoint Visio and project management software.
Certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci) or Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) is a plus.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and matrixed organizations.
Capable of managing multiple responsibilities adjusting to changing operational requirements and implementing solutions with a forward-thinking approach.
Strategic problem solver that is who takes a hands-on approach to addressing challenges.
Prior experience in retail or consumer products industry a plus.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location job-related knowledge skills qualifications and experience.

Salary Range

$110000 - $140000 USD
