This position is Part Time Monday - Friday and Saturday hours vary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet and greet customers in the dealership
- Answer and route incoming calls and take messages
- Provide basic information to customers who have general inquiries
- Prepare parts sales and service tickets for the accounting department
- Calculate the customers bill using the dealerships computer system
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
REQUIREMENTS:
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to answer a multi-line switchboard
- Excelling communication skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to reconcile deposits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Dealership and/or recent retail receptionist experience
- Ability to work someevenings andweekends
- Professional personal appearance
