RD Nutrition Consultants LLC a national leader in clinical nutrition consulting is seeking a full-time on-site Registered Dietitian to support a community-based geriatric care program in Indiana. This role offers a consistent schedule competitive compensation and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient health and quality of life.
Position Overview
Type: Full-time on-site
Setting: Community-based geriatric care
Schedule: 40 hours per week MondayFriday during standard business hours
Compensation: $30$38 per hour (based on experience)
Travel: Travel time is paid at the hourly rate and mileage is reimbursed at the federal rate

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and follow-up evaluations
Develop individualized nutrition care plans tailored to medical needs cultural preferences and patient goals
Provide patient and family education on nutrition chronic disease management and healthy lifestyle practices
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Document all care provided in accordance with facility and company policies
Perform administrative and organizational tasks as required
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Dietetics Nutrition or a related accredited field
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
Active Indiana state license (required)
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency with electronic charting systems
Understanding of state and federal regulations related to nutrition care
