Working Hours : Monday-Friday; 9am-5pm EST 9pm to 5 am Philippine Time (For the first week of training I would like the agent to work 9am-5pm EST Monday-Friday to properly shadow our team to set them up for success) Flexibility for schedule changes based on business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responding to Customer Inquiries via Phone Email and Online Chat in A Timely and Professional Manner
- Resolving Customer Complaints and Issues Quickly and Effectively
- Providing Product and Service Information to Customers and Clients
- Maintaining Accurate Records of Customer Interactions and Transactions
- Proactively Identifying Opportunities to Improve Customer Experience and Satisfaction
- Assisting with Client Onboarding and Training
- Collaborating with Other Team Members to Achieve Organizational Goals
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in customer service with a solid understanding of e-commerce operations
- Comfortable handling high-volume environments
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Quick to learn new systems tools and workflows
- Proactive reliable and solutions-driven
- Equipped with backup internet service and device to ensure uninterrupted workflow
