Lead Project Manager ESMP

Are you a seasoned project manager with deep expertise in electrical systems and utility infrastructure Join our dynamic PMO team as lead or senior Project Manager where youll drive the design implementation and modernization of critical electrical projects across transmission distribution substation and underground systems.

As a seasoned Project Manager youll oversee the full lifecycle of complex utility initiativesfrom planning and budgeting to execution and delivery. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams manage stakeholder communications and ensure projects meet performance safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale utility projects including grid modernization and infrastructure upgrades

• Develop and manage project plans budgets and resource allocations

• Coordinate with engineering procurement construction and regulatory teams

• Monitor KPIs mitigate risks and report progress to senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related field

• 1520 years of experience with large complex utility projects electrical system design installation and/or maintenance type projects. (1015 for senior level)

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred

• Proven success delivering complex projects on time and within budget

• Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills

• Willingness to travel and work onsite as needed

& Salary:

• This position pays between $120000 and $160000 annually and is an exempt position.
• Benefits offered include company sponsored medical dental vision and retirement plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement voluntary life disability critical illness accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
• Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
• May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
