THE ROLE
As a Junior Applications Specialist you will support the implementation maintenance and continuous improvement of the companys financial reporting planning and consolidation systems. You will be involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of system projects from design and development to deployment ensuring data integrity process optimization and alignment across global financial modules. Acting as a link between business and technical teams you will help troubleshoot system issues manage configurations and contribute to the delivery of accurate efficient and reliable financial data solutions.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Support the implementation of new projects contributing to all phases of the lifecycle; from design and development to deployment;
- Ensure and maintain data integrity and alignment between global financial planning and consolidation modules including configuration testing reconciliation and production vs. quality environments;
- Administer and maintain SAP BPC managing Dimensions and Models Teams and Task Profiles Data Access Profiles and Work Status;
- Collaborate with technical teams business stakeholders and support partners to identify and resolve issues efficiently;
- Manage incident problem and change management processes ensuring smooth system operations and documentation accuracy;
- Identify troubleshoot and resolve recurring system issues continuously seeking process improvements and optimization opportunities.
WHO YOU ARE
- Hold a degree in Information Technology (IT) Business or a related field;
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and excellent customer service for end users;
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment;
- Remain calm and professional under pressure handling unexpected challenges with a solution-oriented mindset;
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail;
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
