Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior to Mid-level Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively engaging with stakeholders meticulously documenting project timelines and driving projects through to successful completion. This role requires strong organizational skills effective communication and a proactive approach to managing project tasks and deadlines.
Project Managers are a key part of delivering Mercer projects having a complete overview on the whole lifecycle from the initial discussions all the way to the post-project Lessons Learned.
Main responsibilities involve creating and maintaining the Project Plan assuring that the toolkits and milestone plans are up to date and clearly communicated to all stakeholders negotiating timelines and supporting in negotiating requirements assuring delivery by the agreed deadlines and maintaining the flow of the Project with all stakeholders.
The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of delivery operations by coordinating and managing various workstream activities. This role requires excellent communication
coordination and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Analyze data to generate comprehensive reports on project status timelines potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- To be responsible for leading a project team in implementing the full lifecycle of a project.
- To form strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and business partners.
- Work with the Implementation Team on resource analysis
- Document the procedures and processes pertinent to the assigned role within the online knowledge base and tools.
- Work closely with teams to identify process bottlenecks and any inefficiencies.
- Present findings and performance insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans including timelines milestones and deliverables.
- Facilitate periodic project status meetings and furnish comprehensive updates to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives scope and requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Proactively engage and follow up with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely input
- Monitor project progress and coordinate activities to keep projects on track
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and clarify requirements
- Support the project team in administrative tasks and project documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools

- Always manage and track project deliverables in line with project budget scope and quality.
- Manage the scope of the project with the internal and external teams in line with the signed contract and desired outcome.
- Manage actions risks and issues ensuring the project team and stakeholders are aware of progress and their responsibilities.
- Ensure internal and external teams are aware of upcoming milestones on a timely basis.
- Work with the team on reporting any escalations on extending timelines or highlight any business risk to the project.
- Take ownership of the success of the project delivery as a whole working with the Project Team and the stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement internally where possible and help to mentor and support other team members in their roles.
- Work comfortably with large volumes of data applying data cleaning and transformation techniques.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
- Regularly update and share reports with stakeholders and delivery team.
- Update project reports with correct timelines based on real-time data.
- Proactively identify and address discrepancies in timelines and processes.
- Follow up with stakeholders for missing deadlines and insufficient data ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Flag possible high-risk projects based on data analysis on a weekly basis.
- Provide guidance and support in resolving issues and making critical decisions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and requirements.
What you need to have:
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles
- Proven experience on data tracking analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Be articulate with strong verbal and written communication both in Romanian & English.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel specifically in the extraction and manipulation of extensive
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Project Asana Jira) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to understand and improve complex processes.
- Experience managing and reporting on operational SLAs and KPIs across multiple projects or service lines would be a plus
- A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Business analysis and data analysis expertise.
