Youll join a team of 12 ambitious and driven colleagues and serve as the main point of contact for our suppliers. Using your strong communication and analytical skills youll understand supplier needs and build lasting business relationships. You know how to ask the right questions communicate with empathy and negotiate effectively to achieve results. With a proactive entrepreneurial mindset youll help expand our services and drive revenue growth. As part of a young and fast-growing company you take ownership and contribute ideas to continuously improve how we work and grow.
Your profile
Your main responsibilities
Scale the business through partnerships with key global brands such as Expedia and Visa.
Launch new markets within your assigned regions and drive growth initiatives.
Proactively manage the acquisition selection and onboarding of new partners ensuring they are well-trained and set up for success.
Build strong lasting relationships with partners to boost performance and service quality.
Analyze revenue profit capacity and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Are fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus).
Are a confident communicator who doesnt give up easily and loves winning deals.
Have strong negotiation persuasion and time management skills.
Take ownership of your work and enjoy developing processes to reach ambitious goals.
Have a sharp eye for detail and are comfortable working with numbers.
