Job Summary
- Advise the company on a variety of complex competition and regulatory law issues (e.g. EU Digital Markets Act) - Help drive strategy and engagement on competition and regulatory matters across the globe - Provide competition law and regulatory compliance counseling to clients at all levels of management and across all Apple business groups - Partner with our Government Affairs and Products teams to engage with regulators and policy makers
- 8 years of legal experience working on competition and/or regulatory legal issues
- JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar
- Ability to clearly prioritize and advise through excellent written and verbal communications
- Excellent ability to analyze problems and come up with practical workable solutions
- Best suited for a self-starter who is curious embraces technology and thrives in a dynamic environment
- Government competition law experience a plus
