As part of our Business Development community this global position is a demanding multi-facetted role requesting an analytical skillset commercial expertise and strategic thinking to support SIG in pursuing winning strategies in existing and new markets globally. That includes identification and evaluation of global growth opportunities for SIG support regions in implementing their growth plans/ initiatives lead commercial excellence and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities
  • Explore business opportunities in new or adjacent markets evaluating attractiveness strategic fit and entry options (organic inorganic)
  • Contributing SIGs yearly strategic planning process aligning with regions and global functions
  • Manage global commercial initiatives across regions and support best practice sharing
  • Lead strategic and commercial excellence projects across functions and regions
  • Work on special projects as assigned by the company CMO

You bring these skills experience & education
  • Successfully passed a business education on university level (e.g. BSc or MSc)
  • 3-5 years international experience in similar position
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into plausible conclusions and to explore and quantify alternative options
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas in a persuasive manner
  • Project management and problem solving skills
  • Proficient English level excellent communication skills with global and regional organization
  • German language desired
