Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements implement CRM software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes enhance customer satisfaction and achieve their strategic objectives.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you help clients enhance the benefits of their SAP resources by providing thorough consulting system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications products and technologies. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems mentor others and maintain exemplary standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are responsible for leveraging your knowledge in SAP Transportation Management Hybris Billing and other SAP functionalities to deliver top-quality solutions and guide junior team members.

Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional SAP solutions by leveraging proficiency in SAP Transportation Management and Hybris Billing

- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

- Build and maintain enduring client relationships to understand their business needs

- Maintain adherence to professional and technical standards in deliverables

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree

- 4 to 8 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Team lead experience

- Experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) Hybris Billing (BRIM) C4C - Sales/Service/Marketing Hybris Commerce

- Experience in Activate Methodology

- Experience in JIRA HP ALM and other PMO tools

What Sets You Apart

- Certification in S/4HANA

- Knowledge of S/4HANA functionalities

- Handling requirement gathering and design

- Analyzing business requirements

- Integration experience with LE EWM PP PS HCM MM & FICO

- Ability to read ABAP codes preferred
