Job Summary
All Tex is seeking an experienced Powder Coating Supervisor to oversee operations in a steel fabrication environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with powder coating processes and a strong commitment to safety quality and team leadership.
Schedule: Monday Friday (Saturday) 6am 6pm or 6pm -6am OT as needed basis
Responsibilities
- Supervise powder coating operations including surface prep application and curing
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of coating equipment (spray booths ovens etc.)
- Monitor environmental conditions and coating specifications for quality control
- Lead and train team members to meet production goals and safety standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of production inspections and compliance
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely workflow and material availability
Requirements
- Prior experience in powder coating or industrial coatings supervision
- Strong understanding of coating techniques and equipment
- Ability to lead a team and enforce safety protocols
- Must have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Must be available to rotate shifts including nights and weekends
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and quality assurance practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in steel fabrication or pipe coating
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
