About the Role
We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join our support team in La Coruña.
In this role you will help customers solve technical issues provide guidance and deliver a high-quality support experience in a professional and multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers on products
- Diagnose and resolve software and configuration issues efficiently and professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries with empathy patience and clarity.
- Use critical and logical thinking to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases when necessary.
Requirements
- Native Portuguese and advanced English (spoken and written).
- Training or professional experience in IT technologies especially Cloud solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different user needs.
