Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (full-time 39h/week)

About the Role

We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join our support team in La Coruña.

In this role you will help customers solve technical issues provide guidance and deliver a high-quality support experience in a professional and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers on products
  • Diagnose and resolve software and configuration issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle customer inquiries with empathy patience and clarity.
  • Use critical and logical thinking to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases when necessary.

Requirements

  • Native Portuguese and advanced English (spoken and written).
  • Training or professional experience in IT technologies especially Cloud solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different user needs.
