Principais Responsabilidades (Main Accountabilities)

Garantir a conformidade com as regulamentações e normas para o transporte e manuseio de produtos PAG (Produtos Acabados e Embalados) e a Granel (Bulk) implementar planos de gestão de crises conduzir avaliações de risco e aplicar as políticas de HSEQ (Saúde Segurança Meio Ambiente e Qualidade).

Gerenciar contratos de transporte e o orçamento para transportadoras terceirizadas otimizar o suporte à frota planejar as necessidades de caminhões analisar lacunas de capacidade explorar oportunidades de redução de custos e melhorar a eficiência de entrega.

Supervisionar as operações de Logística de Enchimento (Filling) e a Granel (Bulk) colaborar com a Cadeia de Suprimentos (Supply Chain) e transportadoras rastrear a execução das entregas analisar pedidos não atendidos otimizar os processos de expedição reduzir custos logísticos e impulsionar a melhoria contínua dos processos.

Critérios Diferenciais

Supervisionar a equipe e a coordenação interfuncional.

Responder a escalonamentos de gargalos ou áreas problemáticas e propor soluções.

Monitorar fornecedores e prestadores de serviços quanto à qualidade e desempenho.

Formular planos de ação destinados a otimizar os níveis de estoque da organização e apoiar os objetivos de negócios da organização.

Prever a demanda ou prever as necessidades de estoque com base na análise de dados históricos.

Manter contato com fornecedores e enviar pedidos de compra ou requisições para garantir um suprimento contínuo de mercadorias.
