The Director of Philanthropy leads Tennyson Center for Childrens fundraising and development efforts. This position reports to the Chief Development & Marketing Officer works closely with the Director of Development Operations & Manager of Marketing & Communications to ensure the department exceeds revenue and growth goals supervises the Events Manager Community Engagement Coordinator and contract grant manager. This position has a range of responsibilities including individual and corporate donor cultivation solicitation and stewardship special events grants and annual appeal implementation and success.
