Were seeking an organized detail-oriented and motivated team player to support our parts department and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Fixed Operations Manager in the daily operations of the parts department
Oversee parts inventory ordering and returns
Support retail and wholesale parts sales
Ensure timely delivery of parts to service technicians
Maintain a clean organized and efficient parts department
Help train and supervise parts staff as needed
Provide top-tier service to internal and external customers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive parts (preferably 2 years)
Experience in a dealership setting highly preferred (Honda experience is a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in DMS software (PBS)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
