We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Local Support Assistant in Navi Mumbai India to assist with on-site interventions at our local Overview

The Local Support Assistant will be responsible for handling operational tasks on-site ensuring smooth processes for shipments inventory office support and general coordination. This is not a full-time role but an on-demand position with pre-scheduled interventions communicated in advance.

Tasks

Shipment Assistance

• Prepare shipments to and from the office ensuring proper packing and documentation.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments confirm deliveries and follow up with carriers (DHL FedEx etc.).
• Ensure timely delivery and consistent status follow-up.

Inventory Management

• Conduct regular inventory checks for office equipment and supplies.
• Maintain and update inventory records reporting any discrepancies or low stock levels.

General Support & Coordination

• Assist with miscellaneous tasks in the office as needed.
• Act as the on-site point of contact for support requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve technical or logistical issues.
• Ensure clear communication regarding the status of shipments inventory and operational matters.

• Detail-Oriented: Strong accuracy in managing shipments inventory and light technical support.
• Flexible Availability: Must be available for on-demand interventions scheduled in advance (Monday to Friday).
• Proximity to Office: Ideally located near Turbhe Navi Mumbai (400705) to ensure quick response times.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of office equipment and IT troubleshooting.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external teams.
• Experience: Background in logistics admin or technical support roles is a plus but not mandatory.
