Key Responsibilities
Daily AV / VC Support:
- Perform regular health checks of AV / VC meeting rooms
- Hands-on experience with Cisco AV / VC solutions
(Cisco Webex Rooms Cisco VC endpoints codecs touch panels controllers) - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
- Displays and screens
- Video conferencing systems
- Microphones speakers cameras and cables
- Support live meetings and respond to AV / VC issues as per SLA timelines
- Work on service tickets raised for AV / VC incidents
Equipment Handling & Setup:
- Support installation replacement and removal of AV / VC equipment
- Assist with floor-to-floor and room-to-room movement of AV / VC assets using service elevators
- Pack unpack and handle AV / VC equipment safely during movement or replacement activities
Asset & Inventory Support:
- Assist with AV / VC asset tagging and inventory reconciliation
- Ensure proper documentation for asset movement (gate pass handover details)
- Support audits and validation activities as instructed
Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain basic service records and activity logs
- Follow security safety access control and uniform guidelines
- Work under defined SOPs and supervision at all times
Important Notes: - Role is office-based (corporate environment)
- No end-user IT support included outside AV / VC scope
- ID badge are mandatory
- All work must follow organizational security and safety policies
