Role Responsibilities:

Coordinate the monthly financial close reconciliation and performance review activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Deliver clear timely and actionable reporting and insights on performance against budgets forecasts and historical trends to support business planning.
Develop quarterly forecasts annual budgets and strategic financial plans for Global Corporate Technology supporting innovation and R&D initiatives.
Prepare and share financial results and recommendations with senior partners contributing to key organizational planning discussions.
Coordinate and support capital equipment requests and capital funding submissions.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and financial tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Accounting Finance Business or a related field.
3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance or an advanced degree with 2 years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Strong problem-solving communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance colleagues.
Ability to influence senior leaders on financial implications of business decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence in presenting financial insights to senior professionals.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with FP&A financial reporting tools (e.g. Hyperion Oracle EPM Power BI Tableau).
A proven record of adaptability teamwork and delivering results in fast-paced global environments.
