Job Summary
Were looking for a proactive and independent Finance Business Partner (FP&A Manager) to join our Finance team in Diegem. You will play a key role in driving financial performance supporting strategic decisions and improving forecasting and reporting processes. As a trusted partner to management youll go beyond numbers providing insights challenging assumptions and helping shape our business direction.
What Youll Do
Prepare analyze and communicate monthly financial results including variance analysis against budget and forecast. Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles working closely with business leaders and department heads. Provide meaningful financial insights and KPIs to support strategic and operational decision-making. Develop and improve reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI Excel ERP).
Drive improvements in processes accuracy and financial visibility across the organization. Collaborate with Sales Operations and Corporate Finance to ensure alignment and compliance with internal policies. Take ownership of ad hoc analyses and business cases to support growth initiatives. Be a real business partner proactive solution-oriented and ready to go the extra mile beyond your scope.
Qualifications :
Masters degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration.
10 years experience in Controlling FP&A or Business Finance roles.
Strong background in budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (D365 Oracle SAP etc.) and advanced Excel / Power BI skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities able to explain complex data clearly.
Languages: English French and Dutch.
Self-starter analytical thinker and problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
