Senior Consultant Financial Services
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Consultant with a strong background in financial services to join our clients growing team in Belgium. As a trusted advisor to leading banks insurance companies and financial institutions you will play a key role in delivering strategic regulatory and operational transformation projects that shape the future of the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver consulting projects within banking insurance and/or asset management sectors.
Analyze client challenges and design tailored solutions that drive operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Advise clients on business strategy risk management digital transformation and process optimization.
Support business development by identifying client needs preparing proposals and contributing to thought leadership.
Manage junior consultants and foster a collaborative high-performing team environment.
Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to ensure timely and effective delivery of project objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Masters degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
4 years of experience in management consulting or in-house strategy/finance roles within financial services.
Strong knowledge of the Belgian and European financial regulatory landscape (e.g. MiFID II Basel III Solvency II).
Proven track record in project management and client relationship management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in French or Dutch.
