What you would do as our Project Manager
You would play a key role in the development launch and lifecycle management of our consumer products working across a multi-site organization with complex systems. This is a varied and fast-paced role where your ability to communicate clearly manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams will be essential.

You would also:
Support go-to-market activities working closely with Product Marketing and Product Managers to ensure successful product launches.
Manage the product lifecycle using CRM/ERP systems and provide regular updates on project status risks and progress to internal stakeholders.
Lead regulatory and certification efforts ensuring compliance and smooth market entry.
Act as a key liaison between local markets and the central organization facilitating effective communication and alignment.
Drive risk management and quality improvement initiatives ensuring product projects meet customer needs and support business objectives.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
A Bachelors degree in Marketing or Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
A proven track record of launching consumer products with strong technical interest and curiosity.
Experience in cross-functional product development projects collaborating across teams and departments.
Documented project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills fluency in English and preferably fluency in a Nordic language.

Ideally you are self-motivated and proactive someone who takes ownership and makes things happen. You are customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset curious and innovative and eager to test learn and optimize. You thrive in a collaborative cross-functional international team and adapt easily to change. With an open mind and a can-do attitude youre genuinely interested in smart home appliances and emerging technologies.
