Job Highlights:
- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: 10 AM to 5:30 PM Central Time with 30 mins unpaid break 7 hrs per day (35 hrs per week)

Job Description:
As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the face and voice of our business handling live chat social media emails orders refunds and other customer needs. Your primary goal is to cultivate raving fans by providing empathetic thoughtful and prompt support. If you possess exceptional written English skills enjoy problem-solving and are committed to wowing customers every day we invite you to be a part of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to live chat questions and inquiries from customers visiting the website
- Answer customer emails with a thoughtful and timely approach
- Monitor social media channels especially Facebook; delete inappropriate comments and respond appropriately to customer queries
- Process orders refunds and address various customer requests in a timely and efficient manner

- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Empathetic communication style with a genuine desire to help customers
- Ability to multitask across various channels and efficiently manage a high volume of inquiries
